👩‍🍳Our Nochebuena last Christmas 2022, with my two kids Ronald-Louis and Diana-Grace. Our dogs got presents too from my daughter. I think they’re happy too. I decided to have a raclette or used it for my version of samgyeopsal. Moet for Champagne and Heineken beer for hubby. Samgyeopsal ➡️ is a popular Korean dish. Samgyeopsal is more or less a thinly sliced pork belly and is usually fried with garlic. Here I added beef meat and shrimp. And cheese for raclette with chili. Pork is not good for hypertension. 🙈😅Recipe yields for five persons. We also had kimchi and radish too. The sauce is all homemade. For the sauce recipe please check out here.⬇️

👩‍🍳Semifreddo meaning half cold that gives refreshing in the mouth, also it is a class of frozen desserts. The main ingredients are egg yolks, sugar, and cream. It has the texture of frozen mousse.

👩‍🍳A super piece of a chicken hotdog with sweet mustard and vegan mayo served with grid fries. A perfect combination for the chicken dog. And juicing with apples, carrot and ginger. Sounds strange, but it’s awesome.

👩‍🍳Use a spoonful or two when cooking protein, vegetables and grains as all-purpose seasoning instead of salty dried spice blends. Or use the whole jar as a recipe starter for 4-8 servings. I added carrot, celery, potato and sweet potato. Before serving add chopped parsley adjust the taste with salt if necessary. Because we are Filipino served with rice, tonight’s dinner is for two.

BEETROOT FRIED RICE

👩‍🍳This dish works well with both brown or white rice. This colorful beet fried rice is made by stir-frying diced beets with garlic and at the end I added scallions seasoned with just salt. Served with yogurt my hubby eat with tomato, fried eggplant, romaine lettuce, and smoked trout. about 2 cups of cold cooked rice

2tbsp Linseed oil

1 small Beetroot, boiled cut into small cubes

2pc Scallions, cut into rings

🇵🇭ROMAINE LETTUCE-PORK BELLY-SHRIMP in SOUR SOUP

Romaine lettuce is the usual use in salad like Caesar salad but like other lettuces may also be cooked. It can be braised or made into soup. Here added to pork belly and shrimp in sour soup.

Warm up with this Serbian 🇷🇸 sausage, beans and mushroom 🍄 need more soup 🥣 in your life?

I got this Serbian sausage from former colleagues at work. She brought me after her last vacation at home. Was huge, haft of it we consumed for breakfast and brunch. Now this is the last part which I added to my beans soup with button mushroom. This recipe yields 2 to 3 persons.

This brekky was adapted from Saif’s prepping, my daughter‘s friend who‘s from India 🇮🇳 I just added fish balls for a twist. Yields 3 to 4 persons.

A very simple recipe for home cooking this Tuesday. I used to cook more vegetable as I love eating more vegetable than meat. But I have to because of hubby who loves to eat meat. I prefer fish for my protein intake.

This recipe was only a try, I found this pouch of spicy pepper sauce and ground lemongrass in Supermarket near us. Coming home thinking how could I use it in my cooking for today’s lunch. Voila! Here what I crafted in my kitchen.😅 Recipe yields for two persons.

🇪🇺CREAMY RISOTTO with CHAMPIGNON

A good Risotto helps against grief, says the Milanese. We can only agree with that🤪 and enjoy the classic from Bella Italia with Champignons as well as cherry tomatoes 🍅 from the oven, fresh baby spinach and mozzarella. With some grated hard cheese 🧀 as topping, the Italian seduction is perfect and forget the grief🤪 promise.😅

My Creamy Risitto

YOU NEED…….

200g Champignons

4g Smoky Spice

2 cloves Garlic

1pc. Onion

150g Cherry Tomatoes 🍅

1tbsp. Tomatoe paste

200g Risotto Rice 🍚

4g Vegetable Broth

125g Mozzarella

15ml Basil 🌿 Paste

20g grated Hard Cheese 🧀
