👩🍳In ancient times, Cinque Terre is home to five fishing villages in the middle of one of the most dramatic and beautiful coastal landscapes of the Italian Riviera. Five cities – Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Monterosso and Vernazza – make up the Cinque Terre, which is known not only for its wonderful views but also for its good food.

👩🍳A super piece of a chicken hotdog with sweet mustard and vegan mayo served with grid fries. A perfect combination for the chicken dog. And juicing with apples, carrot and ginger. Sounds strange, but it’s awesome.
👩🍳Use a spoonful or two when cooking protein, vegetables and grains as all-purpose seasoning instead of salty dried spice blends. Or use the whole jar as a recipe starter for 4-8 servings. I added carrot, celery, potato and sweet potato. Before serving add chopped parsley adjust the taste with salt if necessary. Because we are Filipino served with rice, tonight’s dinner is for two.
👩🍳This dish works well with both brown or white rice. This colorful beet fried rice is made by stir-frying diced beets with garlic and at the end I added scallions seasoned with just salt. Served with yogurt my hubby eat with tomato, fried eggplant, romaine lettuce, and smoked trout. 1 small Beetroot, boiled cut into small cubes

I got this Serbian sausage from former colleagues at work. She brought me after her last vacation at home. Was huge, haft of it we consumed for breakfast and brunch. Now this is the last part which I added to my beans soup with button mushroom. This recipe yields 2 to 3 persons.
