My FENNEL PIZZA with EGGPLANT & SARDINES in OIL and CARROT🥕-APPLE🍏🍎 JUICING

👩‍🍳We all love pizza. Today I’ll show you my Fennel pizza with eggplant and sardines in oil served with carrot and apple juice. FENNEL the tuber has significant amounts of vitamins A, K, E, folic acid and beta-carotene. It also contains the minerals potassium, calcium, magnesium and manganese. Particularly noteworthy are its high levels of vitamin C and iron: fennel has almost twice as much vitamin C as oranges. Some love him, others hate him. The intense taste of raw fennel is largely lost when it is cooked. Anyone who only knows fennel as a tea will be surprised how mild fennel tastes as a vegetable. The fennel bulb has a slightly sweet aroma and tastes slightly bitter and aniseed.

YOU NEED…….

1 whole Fennel

1 Eggplant

4 Eggs

1 can Corn Kernels

1oog Sardines in Oil

Mixture of Basil leaves and Oregano about 2 tablespoon

250g Tomato Sauce

200g Parmesan Cheese

🇵🇭ADOBONG SITAW with TOFU/ EATING AS MEDICINE/ STRING BEANS and TOFU COOKED in SOY SAUCE

The cooked dish is almost dry. Matter of preference, I love my adobong sitaw a little bit sour and almost dry. The tofu should absorb the flavors of vinegar and soy sauce. Served with basmati or brown rice that makes dinner so perfectly prepared for me. String beans cooked in soy sauce with calamansi added fried tofu. TOYOMANSI- a product from the Philippines the one I used here. Under the motto “Eating as Medicine”.

a bunch of String Beans

4 Cake Tofu

1 Red Onion

1tbsp. minced Garlic

Any Vegetable Oil for frying Tofu

2tbsps. Olive Oil

3tbsps. Toyomansi

I cooked Rice porridge or congee with turmeric powder and chicken feet. Turmeric as the potential to prevent heart disease, Alzheimer, and cancer. Also help improves symptoms of depresion and athritis. So try to include or use turmeric in your daily home meal prepping.

This art of cooking meal that is wide spread in Asia is increasingly finding its friends in the latitudes of Europe. A good thing, because the rice soup is digestible and healthy and also serves as the basis for a variety of dishes. Can be prepared in all flavors, from sweet to spicy and is just as popular as breakfast as it is as main meal.

2 cups of Rice normal or glutinous

a thumb-sized Ginger

I added whole head Garlic 🧄

some Water or Soup stock

Pure vegetables for pure health

„Eating as medicine“. An Italian study shows that valuable ingredients such as carotenoid, polyphenols and vitamin C are not necessarily lost when heated or cooked. Vegetables should be treated as gently as possible, processed fresh and only cooked „al dente“ or firm to the bite. Eating vegetables and fruits are good as we all know. I agree we have a kind of satiety sensor in our stomach. If it is empty, a hunger hormone called ghrelin is released, triggering the „foraging“ impulse in the brain. Only when the stomach is filled to a certain extent does the impulse decrease again. If you mainly eat foods with a high energy density, there is a risk of consuming more calories than are consumed with all known negative consequences. In my case because of fatty liver and type 2 diabetes, consumption of more vegetables and fruits on the other hand has a crowding out effect on high calorie dishes and in this way indirectly protects against obesity and better for me.

BEETROOT FRIED RICE

👩‍🍳This dish works well with both brown or white rice. This colorful beet fried rice is made by stir-frying diced beets with garlic and at the end I added scallions seasoned with just salt. Served with yogurt my hubby eat with tomato, fried eggplant, romaine lettuce, and smoked trout. I like wide bean very much. Preferably in a sweet and sour sauce or with bacon even as side dish for lamb meat. This hearty vegetable recipe is traditional and good. The wide green beans cooked with potatoes as simple as that served with my tofu-fried brown rice. Hope you‘ll like it as much as I do.😋

YOU NEED…….

250g Wide beans

4pcs Potatoes 🥔

1 Onion 🧅

2 cloves Garlic 🧄

2tbsp Linseed oil

150 ml Vegetable broth seasoned with salt

2tbsp chopped Dill, fresh or frozen

2 cups cooked cold brown rice or cooked a day before (leftovers)

2pcs Tofu

1tbs Oyster 🦪 sauce

1tbsp Soy sauce

3tbsps Rapeseed oil, for frying Tofu and fried rice

2pcs Scallions

2 cloves Garlic 🧄 for fried rice

The recipe is ideal for those who have problem with fatty liver. I did not add some cheese but if you prefer you can. For topping you can add according to your preference like mushroom, cooked ham, and as I said grated cheese. And if you want more avocados make more. Here I added two pieces avocados. Recipe yields for six persons.

This recipe good for high blood pressure, diabetes and fatty liver. Low-fat dairy products like yogurt in veggie soup are super healthy for menopausal women because they provide plenty of calcium and thus help to fight against natural aging and breakdown process of our bone structure. Combined with vitamin C in lemon makes easier for metabolism to absorb calcium.

One pot vegetable

I promised I‘ll give feedback after prepping, here it is the video will tell it all specially at the end all done for family of four. 2tbsp Oil, I used Linseed oil as always

1pc Onion, I opted to red one for color

4 cloves Garlic

3pcs Carrot

2pc Chili Pepper

half a Head of small Celery

1pc Turnip Cabbage (Kohlrabi)

1tbsp Paprika Powder

half a Liter or more Vegetable broth

Salt and Pepper to taste
