It’s only logical that tender hake ends up on our plates today. There is also a colorful variety of vegetables made from corn, paprika, sweet potatoes, cucumber with fragrant coriander and a sour-tart grapefruit dressing. Wow!

1 Corn Cob

1 Sweet potato

1 Red Onion

10g Coriander

1 Grapefruit

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 small Cucumber

3pieces Fish Fillet of your Preference

🇵🇭FIREWORK SHOW at ALONA BEACH at NIGHT PANGLAO, BOHOL TRAVEL 🧭🧳DIARY📔

👩‍🍳Alona Beach is one of the most famous tourist spots in Bohol Province in the Philippines. Famous for its white sand and rocky cliffs. The beach is near a “house” reef where corals and colourful fish can be seen without diving gear. We just had our dinner here, outside they had their night show a fire show.

👩‍🍳Today there is something delicious and new on the blog, a tasty and fast one mushroom, I used champignon, a bit of bacon and leek, tomato, and scallions with beaten egg topped on my turmeric basmati rice and for my hubby just plain white rice. Our brunch at home. Hope you like today’s rice bowl recipe simple and quick to prepare.

YOU NEED…….

For Rice I had Turmeric Basmati Rice and Plain white rice.

8 Eggs

some Olive oil

250g Champignon

Scallions

Leek

1 Tomato

🇨🇳TOMATO-EGG-UDON SOUP WITH CHICKEN BREAST

👩‍🍳Tomato soup with noodles sounds pretty familiar at first. However, we have once again been inspired by China’s diverse cuisine and that is why today’s creation impresses with decorative egg threads, leeks, ginger and nutty sesame oil. There is also a fried chicken breast fillet, tastefully refined with sesame seeds and a touch of soy sauce. That’s something, isn’t it? Cheers to the culinary variety!

YOU NEED…….

YIELDS FOR TWO PERSONS

300g Udon-Noodle

1 stem Leek

1 clove Garlic

a piece of Ginger

4 Tomatoes

1 Chicken Breast

10g Chicken Broth Powder

50ml Soy Sauce

2 Eggs

some Roasted Sesame Seeds Oil

1tbsp Sesame Seeds

Salt to taste

1tbsp Sugar

1tbsp Olive Oil

1tbsp Vinegar

🇰🇷My BULGOGI SPARERIBS WITH VEGGIES

👩‍🍳My bulgogi spareribs with cabbage, champignon and carrot cooked in my Saladmaster Skillet. Freshly cooked by iCookiTravel aka Dolly yours truly. It was our dinner last night with my daughter and her friend. If you notice Bulgogi is one of my favorite Korean cuisines. So easy to follow and you can buy this ready-made bulgogi marinade from a Korean shop. Served with fried and plain rice.

YOU NEED…….

1kg Spareribs

1 whole head Garlic, peeled and crushed or grind

1 Carrot

1/4 head Cabbage

250g Champignon

1/2 cup of Bulgogi BBQ Marinade

Salt or Soy Sauce to adjust the taste

some Olive oil
