In my case because of fatty liver and type 2 diabetes, consumption of more vegetables and fruits on the other hand has a crowding out effect on high calorie dishes and in this way indirectly protects against obesity and better for me.

The best thing is that you can use overripe, brown bananas 🍌 for this pancakes 🥞 that most people don’t want to eat anymore. 🤪 I got this small bananas the other day from Lidl Supermarket seems nobody cares or want to eat it. These was the rest from my daughter’s smoothie which I also made for her.
