My Mexican style chicken stew


2 Red Bell Pepper

1 Onion 🧅

4 Garlic 🧄 minced

2 Lime, for Lime zest and juice

1 Red Pepper

500g Chicken Brest fillet

1Pack of Mexican spice

3 tbsps Vegetable broth powder

10 pieces Tomatoes 🍅 from our garden

2 cans of Red Beans

19g Fresh Coriander, chopped

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper
