My tofu-quinoa plate

YOU NEED…….

1/4 head Red Cabbage

2 small Carrot ๐Ÿฅ•

2 Scallions

10g Coriander

1 Lemon ๐Ÿ‹

1can Pineapple ๐Ÿ

2tbsps Mayonnaise

1tbsp Sriracha Sauce

2 Cake Tofu

2tbsps Soy Sauce

2tbsps Sesame seeds

500g Pre-cooked Quinoa, I used the dark one

2tbsps Sesame seeds oil
