👩🍳We all love pizza. Today I’ll show you my Fennel pizza with eggplant and sardines in oil served with carrot and apple juice. FENNEL the tuber has significant amounts of vitamins A, K, E, folic acid and beta-carotene. It also contains the minerals potassium, calcium, magnesium and manganese. Particularly noteworthy are its high levels of vitamin C and iron: fennel has almost twice as much vitamin C as oranges. Some love him, others hate him. The intense taste of raw fennel is largely lost when it is cooked. Anyone who only knows fennel as a tea will be surprised how mild fennel tastes as a vegetable. The fennel bulb has a slightly sweet aroma and tastes slightly bitter and aniseed.
