👩‍🍳I used Spelt Spaghetti here. Spelt keeps blood sugar relatively constant and ensures a long-lasting feeling of satiety according to studies. But would be better if I totally don’t include it in my daily meal just like rice. No carb at all is much better for diabetics. With Feta cheese and date tomato, the fusion is perfect. The sourness of date tomato and the saltiness of Feta cheese is a perfect combination for me. Zucchini is often added to any pasta nowadays also just like eggplant too. 👩‍🍳Popular history says that it was invented in China and that Marco Polo brought the knowledge of this food to Venice. The spaghetti Polo encountered in the far east was made from either rice flour or hard wheat flour. Italian dried spaghetti is made from durum wheat semolina, but outside of Italy, it may be made with other kinds of flour. Here is another pasta spaghetti of recipe I want to share with you out of my preferences and creation from my humble kitchen.

YOU NEED…….

250g Spaghetti

150g Chicken Thighs Fillet

200g Feta Cheese

a handful of Green Peas, frozen or fresh

a cup of White Sauce, alternative milk but make it thicker mixing with Cornstarch

Basil Leaves, dried or fresh

1 Onion

4 cloves Garlic

some Olive Oil

Chili Flakes, optional

Salt and Pepper

👩‍🍳Pasta recipes are dishes that mainly consist of well-known Italian noodles. From spaghetti, penne and farfalle to rigatoni, the selection and variation possibilities of the pasta recipes are huge. The pasta dishes are mostly “accompanied” by tasty sauces or serve as an accompaniment to various main dishes and you can even use the tasty pasta as a soup. Today is PASTA day in my kitchen. We got Tortellini and Tuna Spaghetti and juicing carrot, ginger and green apples.

180g Tuna Chunks from can

100g or more Tomatoes

Garlic, I added one whole head

100g Gouda Cheese

Some Olive Oil

Some dried Oregano

Some Water for cooking Pasta

250g Tortellini

1 Pouch of Garlic Cream Soup

Some chopped Parsley

Some Water for cooking Tortellini

100g Gouda Cheese or any cheese of your preferences

FOR JUICING; as usual Green Apples, Carrots and Ginger. My daily dose.

🇪🇺BROCCOLI🥦SHRIMPS🍤& SPAGHETTI🍝ANOTHER WAY OF COOKING SPAGHETTI SEPTEMBER 12, 2021

My broccoli-shrimps-spaghetti

👩‍🍳Another creation direct from my kitchen. there is this broccoli in the refrigerator which I bought from the farmers market two days ago. And I got a lot of cherry tomatoes from our Terrace urban garden. So I decided to cook something with spaghetti for the kids adding this stuff plus the taste of shrimps makes the whole thing a perfect combination. My daughter added on top some grated mozzarella cheese before serving. That was late Sunday lunch at home. Have a try guys and let me know your thoughts.

YOU NEED…….

250g Spaghetti

1 whole head Broccoli

250g Shrimp

about 250g Cherry Tomatoes, these are from our Terrace urban garden

Butter

Scallions

Grated Cheese, I added Mozzarella Cheese but you can add any cheese of your preferences.

My FENNEL PIZZA with EGGPLANT & SARDINES in OIL and CARROT🥕-APPLE🍏🍎 JUICING

👩‍🍳We all love pizza. Today I’ll show you my Fennel pizza with eggplant and sardines in oil served with carrot and apple juice. FENNEL the tuber has significant amounts of vitamins A, K, E, folic acid and beta-carotene. It also contains the minerals potassium, calcium, magnesium and manganese. Particularly noteworthy are its high levels of vitamin C and iron: fennel has almost twice as much vitamin C as oranges. Some love him, others hate him.
