Pepperoni spaghetti (spicy) with water spinach (kangkong), okra, pea pods, and ground pork meat in Mushrooms Sauce. Actually, those vegetables and pork ground meat were leftovers from Thailanna where we had our Halloween dinner. It was too much, their servings are really too much for one person. So we decided to take it out. Now I made a yummy dish out of it with my pepperoni spaghetti. The whole foodstuff feats to spicy spaghetti. We Need Millions of Imperfect Zero Wasters. Recycling leftovers from yesterday. Throwing away food isn’t just a way of money it is downright shameful. How many of the world’s people don’t have enough to eat?……. Just like in the Philippines. 🇵🇭
👩🍳Tofu is a culinary chameleon it’s light, easily digestible, cholesterol-free, low in calories, and rich in high-quality protein. It is made from soy milk and has long been considered sacred and a staple food in Asia. My favorite tofu is the extra firm one because it’s the easiest to store and use. It is also the meatiest in terms of texture and more compact than the others. For more INFO please visit my blog and check out the link below.
200g Smoked Tofu
500g Tomato from can, sieved
1tbsp. Tomato Paste
some Olive Oil or any Vegetable Oil
1 Red Onion
1tbsps. Oregano, dried
👩🍳Beetroot contains important B vitamins, folic acid, and a whole range of minerals, including iron and betaine. Eating beetroot has anti-inflammatory, blood-forming effects that increase both our cognitive and physical performance and are good for our cardiovascular system. Today I am using Beetroot Pesto for my spaghetti with Feta cheese and Tofu. The recipe for Beetroot Pesto will be another story that I’m going to show you next time.
150g Feta Cheese
half a cup of beetroot Pesto
some Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil, for frying Tofu- or any vegetable oil
👩🍳I used Spelt Spaghetti here. Spelt keeps blood sugar relatively constant and ensures a long-lasting feeling of satiety according to studies. But would be better if I totally don’t include it in my daily meal just like rice. No carb at all is much better for diabetics. With Feta cheese and date tomato, the fusion is perfect. The sourness of date tomato and the saltiness of Feta cheese is a perfect combination for me. Zucchini is often added to any pasta nowadays also just like eggplant too. Another experiment from my kitchen with my imagination and creation I would not be tired of doing in my kitchen. Happy Prepping folks and Guten Appetit!
150g Spelt Spaghetti
200g Feta Cheese
100g Date Tomatoes
some Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
HAPPY PREPPING and GUTEN APPETIT!🤗
👩🍳Popular history says that it was invented in China and that Marco Polo brought the knowledge of this food to Venice. The spaghetti Polo encountered in the far east was made from either rice flour or hard wheat flour. Italian dried spaghetti is made from durum wheat semolina, but outside of Italy, it may be made with other kinds of flour. Here is another pasta spaghetti of recipe I want to share with you out of my preferences and creation from my humble kitchen.
150g Chicken Thighs Fillet
200g Feta Cheese
a handful of Green Peas, frozen or fresh
a cup of White Sauce, alternative milk but make it thicker mixing with Cornstarch
Basil Leaves, dried or fresh
4 cloves Garlic
some Olive Oil
Chili Flakes, optional
Salt and Pepper
👩🍳Pasta recipes are dishes that mainly consist of well-known Italian noodles. From spaghetti, penne and farfalle to rigatoni, the selection and variation possibilities of the pasta recipes are huge. The pasta dishes are mostly “accompanied” by tasty sauces or serve as an accompaniment to various main dishes and you can even use the tasty pasta as a soup. Today is PASTA day in my kitchen. We got Tortellini and Tuna Spaghetti and juicing carrot, ginger and green apples.
NOTE: For 500g Tuna Chunks from can I cooked Pasta or Tuna Spaghetti and Tuna-Zucchini Fried Rice. Check out here:⬇️
180g Tuna Chunks from can
100g or more Tomatoes
Garlic, I added one whole head
100g Gouda Cheese
Some Olive Oil
Some dried Oregano
Some Water for cooking Pasta
1 Pouch of Garlic Cream Soup
Some chopped Parsley
Some Water for cooking Tortellini
100g Gouda Cheese or any cheese of your preferences

👩🍳Another creation direct from my kitchen. there is this broccoli in the refrigerator which I bought from the farmers market two days ago. And I got a lot of cherry tomatoes from our Terrace urban garden. So I decided to cook something with spaghetti for the kids adding this stuff plus the taste of shrimps makes the whole thing a perfect combination. My daughter added on top some grated mozzarella cheese before serving. That was late Sunday lunch at home. Have a try guys and let me know your thoughts.
1 whole head Broccoli
about 250g Cherry Tomatoes, these are from our Terrace urban garden
Salt to taste
Grated Cheese, I added Mozzarella Cheese but you can add any cheese of your preferences.
👩🍳Today you will find Chorizo in my spaghetti with shrimps. A very quick and simple recipe for lunch. Thanks to the air drying, the sausage can be eaten without further processing. When cut into thin slices, it is often part of tapas. Chorizo is served cold, fried or grilled with bread in every Spanish tapas bar. Often found in a tortilla and paella. Happy prepping and Guten Appetit!
1 whole head Garlic
chopped Parsley, about handful
Cheese of your preference
water for cooking Spaghetti
some Salt to taste
👩🍳Healthy spaghetti with vegetable sauce tastes delicious. A recipe that ensures pleasant moments of pleasure. SUGO- means nothing else than sauce. Still, sugo is not just a sauce as we know it. That’s what the Italian word salsa is for. Sugo is a special type of sauce that can be found all over Italy. For the sauce especially on the basis of tomatoes, I added vegetables instead of minced meat. Take it away from me folks.
1 Chili Pepper
2tbsps. Tomato Paste
300g Tomato Sauce
1tbsp Dried Basil leaves
1 Red Onion
Cooked in Saladmaster Oil Core Skillet without using any fat or oil.
👩🍳We all love pizza. Today I’ll show you my Fennel pizza with eggplant and sardines in oil served with carrot and apple juice. FENNEL the tuber has significant amounts of vitamins A, K, E, folic acid and beta-carotene. It also contains the minerals potassium, calcium, magnesium and manganese. Particularly noteworthy are its high levels of vitamin C and iron: fennel has almost twice as much vitamin C as oranges. Some love him, others hate him. The intense taste of raw fennel is largely lost when it is cooked. Anyone who only knows fennel as a tea will be surprised how mild fennel tastes as a vegetable. The fennel bulb has a slightly sweet aroma and tastes slightly bitter and aniseed.
1 whole Fennel
1 can Corn Kernels
1oog Sardines in Oil
Mixture of Basil leaves and Oregano about 2 tablespoon
250g Tomato Sauce
200g Parmesan Cheese
