YOU NEED…….

1kg Beef short ribs

Ginger

Garlic

Scallions

some Water for boiling the ribs

1 Radish, small

Fish sauce

Soy Sauce

150g Sotanghon or Glas Noodle

Salt to adjust the taste if needed

few leaves of Yu Choy

1 Red Onion

Lemon Juice, optional

FOR SMOOTHIE: Yields for Two Persons

1 Kiwi

1 Dragon Fruit

a half cup of Pineapple

1 Banana

HOW TO…….

👩‍🍳Short ribs are popular in many international cuisines. The moderately streaky meat is used for stews such as goulash and as boiled meat for stews, soups, and broths. Just like here, I cooked it with Sotanghon or glass noodles. With radish, some Chinese greens, and scallions, seasoned with soy sauce and fish sauce (Patis). Served with rice for hubby and my smoothie with dragon fruit, banana, and pineapple.
