👩🍳Short ribs are popular in many international cuisines. The moderately streaky meat is used for stews such as goulash and as boiled meat for stews, soups, and broths. Just like here, I cooked it with Sotanghon or glass noodles. With radish, some Chinese greens, and scallions, seasoned with soy sauce and fish sauce (Patis). Served with rice for hubby and my smoothie with dragon fruit, banana, and pineapple.
