Inspired by the world always new and live our life special. Holly Wednesday today, vegetables with shrimps again. Such as snow peas, carrot, onion, chickpeas, beans sprout and bok choi. Cook in my Saladmaster skillet. Happy Prepping evryone.

YOU NEED…….

300g Carrot

half a cup of Soy Milk without sugar

1tbsp. Olive Oil

1 Onion

a bunch of Bok Choi

3pieces Zucchini

a handful Chick Peas, Beans Sprouts, and Green Peas

200ml Vegetable Broth

250g Shrimps
