👩‍🍳Cooking Rib eye steak without oil or fat in Saladmaster oil core skillet. Ribeye steak comes from the front back of beef and is classic. Here is my recipe to make it work perfectly. 🇪🇺TURKEY SKEWERS & GARLAND CHRYSANTHENIUM COOKED in SALADMASTER SKILLET

👩‍🍳Garland Chrysanthenium leaves is my new fave green leafy vegetables. You can add it to the soup or just saute it. Just like here, I added sauteed green beans with minced pork, garlic and red onion. Turkey skewers were seasoned with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Chrysanthemum has been used for hundreds of years in Chinese medicine. People use it to treat respiratory problems and high blood pressure. Fans of the flower also say it can reduce inflammation and calm your nerves. So why not include it in my daily meal prepping.

Today it is all about cooking horse mackerel with eggplant and zucchini, one-pot cooking using my Saladmaster Skillet. Cooked in vinegar, with red onion and ginger topped with scallions. a bunch of Bok Choi

a handful Chick Peas, Beans Sprouts, and Green Peas

200ml Vegetable Broth

250g Shrimps

🌏DRIED NOODLES COOKED IN SALADMASTER SKILLET WITH LOTS OF VEGETABLES

👩‍🍳You’re in a hurry and you can’t cook for long, choose these dried noodles cooked in Saladmaster Skillet for just seven minutes with lots of vegetables such as carrot, cabbage, scallions, wide green beans, bok choi, leftover from yesterday’s meat my homemade Shawarma seasoned with just Oyster sauce. You can adjust the taste with salt and pepper if needed. Trying something is always exciting for me. Another creation from my kitchen.

YOU NEED…….

250g Dried Noodles

a bunch of Bok Choi

150g Wide Green Beans

half a head Cabbage

2pieces Carrots

Scallions

3tbsps, Oyster Sauce

half a Liter boiling water to mix the Oyster Sauce

To adjust the taste use Salt and Pepper

👩🏻‍🍳Is it sometimes difficult to incorporate enough vegetables into everyday life? Then I present my best sneakiest and most ingenious solution. This recipe hiding loads of fresh peppers in the super creamy cheese mixture for this delicious pasta casserole. For a little extra freshness to the wonderful creaminess, there is a salad made of crunchy cucumbers and sweet and sour apple. This recipe yields for two persons, you can double the recipe if you need more. Happy prepping everyone.

250g Creme fraiche

250g Gouda Cheese, grated

👩‍🍳A delicious tagliatelle with vegetables and shrimps. A fusion of zucchini, turnip cabbage, carrot, scallions, yellow bell pepper, shrimps and leftover from yesterday’s pork ragout. 1 Yellow Bell Pepper

200g Brown Champignon

1 pc. Zucchini

🇪🇺DINNER: SANDWICH with EGG OMELETTE and BACON PLUS POMELO LASSI

👩‍🍳A hearty sandwich with crispy bacon, arugula and spinach, fresh cucumber and sweet mustard is just what you need! The crowning glory between the bun halves is an omelette refined with melting cheese. Served with a lassi with yogurt and pomelo. I am sure that your subjects will be delighted too! And that’s my hubby my simple Sandwich for our dinner.

YOU NEED…….

RECIPE YIELDS FOR 2 PERSONS

Haft Pomelo

250 g Yogurt

1 Pack of Bacon or 6 slices

A handful mixture of Arugula and Spinach

2 Eggs

1 Pack of grated Cheese

6 slices cucumber
