CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH | RED CABBAGE SALAD| GARLI-PEPPER-MAYONNAISE SAUCE | SIDE DISH-GREEN SALAD

The crispy chicken recipe is for those who long for something down-to-earth and traditional. The recipe is quick to prepare and has a wonderful taste adding thyme in it. In this delicious recipe, the meat is first seasoned with fresh ground pepper and salt and then breaded with lots of thyme and deep-fried-this is how crispy chicken thighs fillet turn out. Served with a green salad, red cabbage salad and with garlic-pepper-mayonnaise sauce. Have to try folks and let me know if you like it too. My family enjoyed it. It was fun prepping this crispy chicken fillet sandwich while the family patiently waiting😁

Crispy chicken sandwich

YOU NEED…….

Yields 3 Persons

3 Sandwich Buns

3 pieces Chicken thighs fillet without skin

Some Vegetable Oil for deep frying

Salt 🧂 and Pepper to taste

10g Thyme

3 Cups of Flour

FOR RED CABBAGE SALAD

1/4 head of Red Cabbage

1/4 head of White Cabbage

2pieces Carrots 🥕

2pieces Scallions

Salt and Pepper

Olive Oil

FOR GREEN SALAD-Side dish

300g Mix green salad

Salt and Pepper

2tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

2tbsp Olive oil

6pieces Cherry Tomato 🍅

FOR THE SAUCE

150g Mayonnaise with 50% fat

Salt and Pepper

2tbsps Minced Garlic 🧄
