👩🍳Vegans are often confused with vegetarians, but they have stricter guidelines when it comes to nutrition. The vegan lifestyle stands for not consuming any food for which a living being had to be killed or even tortured. As with vegetarians, meat and fish are not eaten, but vegans continue to pay attention to a diet that is free from animal products. But this doesn’t mean that I started my day today as a vegan lifestyle. This is just my breakfast today. I used linseed oil for a healthy option.
Just a vegan burger, I will post next time the recipe for vegan burger. For the sauce just mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt and pepper that’s it. Then some lettuce and burger buns of course. That’s breakfast on December 1, 2020 at home.
