👩‍🍳Unlike many other leafy greens, garland chrysanthemum hasn’t received much research attention. It seems to be a relatively unremarkable, albeit healthy food. Low in calories, relatively high in protein, and fairly nutrient-dense, this is a flavourful and very healthy side dish. I love it just to add to my broth, here just added to pork bones broth and I made tomato for dipping or add it in the soup. I ate it with my cauliflower rice which is good for diabetics. Next time I would love to try it just like a salad with sesame miso dressing. I’ll share to you the recipe. Great way to use the chrysanthemum greens!

👩🏼‍🍳Soup is a food that is made by combining ingredients, such as meat and vegetables in stock or hot boiling water until the flavor is extracted, forming a broth. Here is another recipe creation directly from my kitchen. With two options one is with tofu and plain shrimp with wide Chinese noodles. Of course, I prefer tofu to shrimp. Served with meat patties and for me mashed potato for hubby fried rice. That makes our sumptuous dinner for two. Happy prepping and Guten Appetit!

YOU NEED…….

RECIPE YIELDS FOR TWO TO FOUR PERSONS:

half a head of Broccoli

Scallions

2 small Carrot

2 cakes of Tofu

350g Tagliatelle

250g Shrimps

Pounded Ginger

some Olive Oil for frying Tofu

2 Liters Water

3tbsps. Mushrooms sauce

2tbsps. Soy Sauce

Drizzle Sesame Seeds Oil

some Salt and Pepper to adjust the taste if needed

Broccoli soup

Soups are always welcome. This soup recipe warms our body and gives strength so why not give a try. Vegetables my life saver, since I’m diabetic with fatty liver and hypertension. And recently I‘ve been enjoying cooking all these stuff the simple taste with only few ingredients seasoned with herbs. 1 whole head Broccoli

1pc Red Onion

2 cloves Garlic

2tbsp Linseed oil or any vegetable oil

some Chili flakes (optional)

10ml with 1% fat Cooking cream (optional)

half a Liter Vegetable broth

This kale soup is a particularly popular soup in winter. A recipe from grand mother’s kitchen. Kale is low in calories, filled with fiber and packed with minerals. Help lower blood pressure and strengthen our bones. While peas are legume naturally high in protein. Good vegan source of iron too.

European Soup

These are few among the soups I had cooked for my family base on european recipes. That soup must be hot, now even a German court has found. When it gets colder just like now, soups are very popular not only in my family but for the others too. As a basis for many warming broths and stews serves the soup vegetables, also called greens, which traditionally consists of carrots, celeriac, leek and parsley. The amount of the purchased soup vegetables is increasing in eorope for years continuously speciallyion winter time.

The ingredients of soup vegetables can vary by region, so there are also partly parsley roots, turnips and onions in practical bundles. The mixtures can be boil spicy broths or use as a base for soups or stews. The preparation is very simple: the vegetables into small pieces, fry, add the stock and let it boil, then puree to taste and flavor with the herbs. Just like what I usually do to my cream soup namely: Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, potatoes, mushrooms and zucchini.
