200g Smoked Tofu

500g Tomato from can, sieved

1tbsp. Tomato Paste

some Olive Oil or any Vegetable Oil

1 Carrot

1 Red Onion

1tbsps. Oregano, dried

🇪🇺SPAGHETTI with SAMPHIRE and SHRIMPS

👩‍🍳Anyone looking for Samphire in the supermarket will look at questioning faces. But the crunchy, juicy plant with the fine aroma is very popular with gourmets! Samphire, also known as sea asparagus, tastes slightly peppery and a little salty and therefore goes perfectly with this fried shrimps and spaghetti in a creamy sauce. A few chili flakes and some cheese on top and the star dish is ready!

200g Shrimps

250g Spaghetti

30g Samphire

125g Cream Fraiche

1 Lime

1 Scallions

some Chili Flakes

2tbsps Olive Oil

some grated hard Cheese

Try this recipe a totally experiment because at the start when I took out all the ingredients from fridge I don’t even know how and what to cook. Using my imagination this what came up. Was perfect combination with the spaghetti. Promise was damn delicious. Happy prepping and guten Appetit!
