🌏My SHRIMPS SOUP WITH TOFU and ENOKI MUSHROOMS IN SOYA MILK

👩🏻‍🍳Our dinner shrimps soup with tofu, enoki mushrooms, bok choi, beans sprout, lemongrass, and turmeric, season with fish sauce or patis cooked in soya milk. Using wheat noodles makes the soup complete topped with roasted onions.

HOW TO…….

YOU NEED…….

250g Noodles of your preference

100g Shrimps

half a cup of Soy Milk

some Water or about 2 Liters for the soup

1tsp. Chili Sauce

1 piece Lemon Grass

a thumb-sized Turmeric

bunch of Bok Choi

4 cake of Tofu

Inoki Mushrooms

a handful Beans Sprout

some crispy Onions for toppings

2 tbsps Fish Sauce or Patis

Adjust the taste with Salt if needed
