👩🏼‍🍳Soup is a food that is made by combining ingredients, such as meat and vegetables in stock or hot boiling water until the flavor is extracted, forming a broth. Here is another recipe creation directly from my kitchen. With two options one is with tofu and plain shrimp with wide Chinese noodles. Of course, I prefer tofu to shrimp. Served with meat patties and for me mashed potato for hubby fried rice. That makes our sumptuous dinner for two. Happy prepping and Guten Appetit!

YOU NEED…….

RECIPE YIELDS FOR TWO TO FOUR PERSONS:

half a head of Broccoli

Scallions

2 small Carrot

2 cakes of Tofu

350g Tagliatelle

250g Shrimps

Pounded Ginger

some Olive Oil for frying Tofu

2 Liters Water

3tbsps. Mushrooms sauce

2tbsps. Soy Sauce

Drizzle Sesame Seeds Oil

some Salt and Pepper to adjust the taste if needed

👩‍🍳Tripe is low in calories and contains little fat. A delicacy in the Philippines but also Saxony, a national soup in CSSR and Poland, popular in southern Germany and Austria. Tripe was discovered for human consumption I think all over the world. Tripe soup is a delicacy for some, but not worth trying for others. It contains a lot of good things, is rich in protein, and is very filling. In the winter months, it reduces the risk of illnesses such as flu 😷 and cold 🤧 and accelerates the healing process.

YOU NEED…….

300g Beef Tripe

2tbsps. Olive Oil

2tbsps. Tomato Paste

1tsp. Paprika Powder

1 Onion

4 cloves of Garlic

half a tsp. Marjoram

some Water or Broth

1 Bell Pepper

1tbsp. Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix product from the Philippines

Salt to taste

🇯🇵🇦🇮UDON NOODLE AND CHICKEN BREAST WITH CARIBBEAN SAUCE/ My RECIPE CREATION

👩‍🍳Another creation of mine using Caribbean Sauce which I bought from Teka Maxx. By chance, I discovered this seasoning or sauce which is good for cooking protein, vegetables and grains as an all-purpose seasoning instead of salty dried spice blends. You can use the whole jar as a recipe starter for 4 to 8 servings. I love trying lots of things from the market. Then create a recipe out of it just like today. A fusion of Japanese and Caribbean taste. Happy Prepping Guys!
