1piece Tomato

4 cloves Garlic, sliced

250g Shrimps

20g Mix Vegetable with Cauliflower, Carrot, Corn kernels, and Green Peace

🇵🇭TAGALOG:ALUGBATI-SARDINAS-SOTANGHON/VINE SPINACH-SARDINES- MUNG BEAN THREAD

👩‍🍳Since last week I was craving for this. Luckily my hubby bought me alugbati in Tagalog, vine spinach or malabar. So craving satisfaction fulfilled today with sotanghon and Ligo sardines from the Philippines. Served or I ate with brown rice. Simple things that make me happy. Happy prepping people. YOU NEED…….

1tbsp Linseed Oil

a bunch of Alugbati or Malabar Spinach (Vine Spinach)

1 red Onion

3 cloves garlic

a thumb-sized Ginger

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 can Ligo Sardines, product from the Philippines (or 2 cans if you want more)

1 Liter water

200g Sotanghon or Mung Bean thread
