👩🏻🍳Hi everyone! Welcome to iCookiTravel Channel. I’m Dolly a Filipino ex-pat in Vienna. Today it is all about cooking horse mackerel with eggplant and zucchini, one-pot cooking using my Saladmaster Skillet. Cooked in vinegar, with red onion and ginger topped with scallions. Goes with my Turmeric-basmati rice at our dinner last night. Jesus after 10 hours of duty doing something you love is also a release from long day work. happy prepping and Guten appetit!
