👩🍳Today I tried to cook chicken breast curry with spinach in coconut milk. I also added red bell pepper served with red basmati rice. Also, fish chips art of cooking with small mussels, squid and shrimps. Breaded a bit with almond flour then fried. Curry is the name for dishes from South Asian, Southeast Asian and Japanese cuisine based on a creamy sauce with various spices and additions of meat, fish or vegetables. Dinner for two again.
👩🍳Ragout basically refers to a dish made from finely chopped meat in a spicy, creamy sauce. Bœuf stroganoff and goulash belong to the ragout family. Any meat can be used to make a ragout. PORK RAGOUT With the recipe for the fine pork ragout, you will score points with your family and guests. Here I added silver onion, champignon, and sausages.

👩🍳Today salmon is one of the most valued edible fish and it is impossible to imagine many kitchens without it. Whether raw, cooked, baked or grilled, the salmon can be used in a variety of ways. This time I cooked it with Japanese Teriyaki sauce with string beans and garlic spinach. Of course, served with white rice dinner for two. We ate a lot of pasta and fish these past few days. Thinking about what to cook for the next week. Maybe I will be switching to vegan, what do you think?

👩🍳Another creation from my kitchen. I got these Sausages which is good to be added to the vegetables that I have on hand at home. Namely eggplant, zucchini, yellow and green bell peppers, red onion, scallions, tomatoes from our terrace urban garden and parsley. Seasoned with just salt. Turned out good again hubby and we ate it all with my red rice and for hubby as usual his all-time fave white rice.
