🌏My CHICKEN BREAST CURRY WITH SPINACH IN COCONUT🥥MILK

👩‍🍳Today I tried to cook chicken breast curry with spinach in coconut milk. I also added red bell pepper served with red basmati rice. Also, fish chips art of cooking with small mussels, squid and shrimps. Breaded a bit with almond flour then fried. Curry is the name for dishes from South Asian, Southeast Asian and Japanese cuisine based on a creamy sauce with various spices and additions of meat, fish or vegetables. Dinner for two again.

Chicken Breast Curry with Spinach in Coconut Milk

YOU NEED…….

2tbsps. Olive Oil

1 whole Chicken Breast

400g Coconut Milk from can

a piece of Ginger

6 cloves Garlic

1 Red Onion, small

1 Red Bell Pepper

1tsp Curry Powder

1tsp Coriander Powder

Salt and Pepper

Fish sauce or “Patis” in tagalog

500g Spinach

some Chili Flakes

👩‍🍳Ragout basically refers to a dish made from finely chopped meat in a spicy, creamy sauce. Bœuf stroganoff and goulash belong to the ragout family. Any meat can be used to make a ragout. PORK RAGOUT With the recipe for the fine pork ragout, you will score points with your family and guests. Here I added silver onion, champignon, and sausages.

Here is a bonus cooking video and recipe, sausage is one of my fave toppings for my “LUGAW” or rice porridge. Turmeric Rice Porridge topped with sausages and brown garlic. 👩‍🍳“KALUNAY or KULITIS” On the nutritional value of indigenous vegetables, the study shows that these contain varying amounts of protein, fibre, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Do you know that? Kalunay is usually used, or cook as a veggie along with other vegetables on a Philippine Ilokano recipe called denengdeng where vegetables are mixed together. And here is my version of Vietnamese Pho similar to french spicy Pot-au-feu Flavor Noodle Soup. Puff Spinach and Salmon in teriyaki saice with string beans & garlic spinach

👩‍🍳Today salmon is one of the most valued edible fish and it is impossible to imagine many kitchens without it. Whether raw, cooked, baked or grilled, the salmon can be used in a variety of ways. This time I cooked it with Japanese Teriyaki sauce with string beans and garlic spinach. Of course, served with white rice dinner for two. We ate a lot of pasta and fish these past few days. Thinking about what to cook for the next week. Maybe I will be switching to vegan, what do you think?

YOU NEED…….

2 pieces Salmon

400g Spinach, I used frozen one

a bunch of String Beans (Sitaw)

1 pouch Japanese Teriyaki Sauce

👩‍🍳Pasta recipes are dishes that mainly consist of well-known Italian noodles. From spaghetti, penne and farfalle to rigatoni, the selection and variation possibilities of the pasta recipes are huge. The pasta dishes are mostly “accompanied” by tasty sauces or serve as an accompaniment to various main dishes and you can even use the tasty pasta as a soup. Today is PASTA day in my kitchen. We got Tortellini and Tuna Spaghetti and juicing carrot, ginger and green apples.

👩‍🍳Another creation from my kitchen. I got these Sausages which is good to be added to the vegetables that I have on hand at home. Namely eggplant, zucchini, yellow and green bell peppers, red onion, scallions, tomatoes from our terrace urban garden and parsley. Seasoned with just salt. Turned out good again hubby and we ate it all with my red rice and for hubby as usual his all-time fave white rice.
