👩🍳On the last day of our stay in Milan. We go around frustrated and really don’t wanna go home to work and live home and under this day. Although this is our first travel after the Pandemic also the first travel of this year 2022. We went shopping for some stuff for cooking. And I got my Starbucks cup too. We tried also the Branch of Jollibee in Milan and I tell you frankly, we are not satisfied with all the taste. We are used to European style already. It’s all strange for me. And for my daughter too, being born in Europe and we don’t have Jollibee in Vienna. Anyway, the following day we are leaving Milan and will be back in mundane activities in Vienna. Looking forward to the next travel vlog somewhere in Europe or in an Asian country.
🇵🇭HAPUNAN-DINNER-ABENDESSEN WITH MY HOME PREP MEAL
👩🍳The best time for dinner is between 5pm and 7pm. This gives the stomach and intestines enough time to digest the food they eat before the metabolism switches to sleep mode at night. The stress of the day is over, and the work is done. But in our case, if you are working from 11:30 before noontime until 10pm then you travel on the way home we need almost 30 minutes. Arrive at home almost half an hour before 11 pm then I have to cook for dinner. But luckily tonight I was already at around 6 pm so I have enough time to prepare our meal. So for tonight’s meal every Filipino, sinigang with Sea Bream and Shrimps, and fried squid. For dessert, I made a fruit cocktail with sour cream and grapes. Hubby is happy and of course my tummy too. I love the vegetables that it goes with this viand. happy prepping everyone.
1 Sea Bream
a bunch of Spinach
2 pieces of eggplant, small
2 tbsps. Sinigang Seasoning
Salt to taste
1 can of Fruit Cocktail
a cup of Grapes
250g Sour Cream or more if you like

But these are small Restaurants in the city that are run by Asian people whom we love to try from time to time. Exempted is the Vegan ice which is run by Austrian and the Krah Krah Restaurant in the First District of Vienna which I tried with my ex-colleague. The next one is one of our favourite Restaurants near Naschmarkt. With authentic Asian Cuisine. Restaurant Chinazentrum Zhong Xin For more than 15 years they have been spoiling guests from all over the world with traditional Chinese food and drinks at the Naschmarkt in 1060 Vienna. A Far Eastern ambience awaits you in our restaurant. “Zhongxin” means centre and their first location from 2002-to 2014 was on Rechte Wienzeile 29, 1040 Vienna. In 2014 they relocated to 1060 Vienna. 🇵🇭DAING NA BANGUS (Milk Fish)- LUGAW (RicePorridge) WITH PORK LOIN IN UMAMI SAUCE & TOFU – SAUTEED CHAYOTE👩🏻🍳iCook
👩🍳”Kamayan na”, eating by hands no fork and spoon. Fried daing na Bangus, boiled okra and eggplant, spring onion and tomato, bagoong with chilli, and basmati rice. For breakfast, rice porridge (lugaw) topped with tofu and pork loin in umami sauce. Then my sauteed chayote with broccoli, carrot and ground meat, seasoned with mushroom sauce for lunch and dinner too. I love it, very Filipino. That’s all for today’s meal prepping at home.

👩🍳A sort of tourism that is based on visiting food festivals, restaurants and special places in order to taste a special and not so special type of food, to watch the food being produced or to eat food cooked by a famous chef, and today it is quite popular also for me as an individual. My family always loves it if I bring them with me anywhere where I decided to try something. But most of the time hubby and I. I don’t want to sound like an epicure, but when it comes to food my love is there at the highest level sometimes I am delighted in fine food. Fancy exercise the human body is programmed to exercise. No matter what activities you do, whether stool exercise, dancing while sitting, hiking or jogging, it is important that the movement is adapted to your personal ability. I for on I prefer walking, not everyday but I see to it that almost everyday.🤣 The benefits of walking, and exercising in general include- lowering blood glucose levels. Improving the body‘s ability to use insulin.
Who individually burdened his body can keep him fit.💪🏽 Said and done.✅ This was almost 2hours walked or more back and forth with my doggie 🐶 Mary during the celebration of 🇦🇹Austrian National Holiday. My diabetic life. Take it from me folks!🤗

We watched the movie 🍿 🎥 “Hello Love Goodbye” relate much with the story occurring in reality drawn from actual situations mostly for Filipinos OFW.

Lentils with smoked ribs and spinach. I love lentils, it is highly recommended for diabetics. Due to the high fiber content, it enters to the blood slowly also high in protein content.

The day we tried something new for both of us, hair extension before flying back home for vacation. Unfortunately for me it doesn’t work, the following day I asked my Bff 👯 Dana to remove it for me because I can’t sleep. I got a headache 🤕 for the first night.🙈🤣

🇦🇹DIABETES LIFE EP4
Diabetic dinner, boiled broccoli and Nappa cabbage with red onion and turkey 🦃 breast no fat at all. I got told that keeping your fat intake in check helps you stay healthy and the low fat approach has been strongly recommended for people with diabetes.
* 1 head of Broccoli
* 1 red Onion
* a small Nappa cabbage
* about 200g turkey 🦃 breast
* some water 💦 or soup 🍲 stock just enough to cook 👨🍳 the vegetables
* salt & broth cube to taste
In a pot, red onion and turkey breast
I added some boiling water 💦 or soup 🍲 stock instead.
Let it boil…
Then add broccoli cook 👨🍳 until half way done…
Add Nappa cabbage, seasoned with some salt and 1 broth cube to taste.
Up here is another version the same procedure but instead of meat I added the leftover fried horsemackerel. I ate with my brown whole corn 🌽 bread 🥖 just like my tonight‘s dinner. Guten Appetit!😋
