👩🍳Coming back to Vienna after six weeks’ vacation from the Philippines. We had our Breakfast at Le Crobag. Because I landed at the airport at seven in the morning. Then we went shopping until the afternoon. After shopping, we had our dinner at Taco Mexican Restaurant in Shopping City Süd. Large selection of food and drinks. The dishes are prepared quickly and are of good quality. Value for money is absolutely fine. A visit can be recommended with a clear conscience. Another Gastronomic Adventure the whole day.
🇨🇳SWEET & VINEGAR SPARERIBS alla CHINESE PROVINCIAL CUISINE 👩🏼🍳iCook
👩🍳The vinegar helps to tenderize the spareribs. It may also improve the flavor but not soaking the ribs straight in vinegar too long. It can give the ribs an indulgent texture that keeps me coming back for more to eat. For color contrast, I added carrot and green chili. Turn out not a dry bit of sauce and the meat is tender and juicy. Hubby loves it. Fried trout is an additional viand for today because hubby is leaving for a vacation to the Philippines. So I’m not gonna cook for lunch whatever left will be for tonight’s dinner then.
some Olive Oil or any vegetable oil
a thumb-sized Ginger
5 cloves Garlic
half a cup of Water
1 piece of Green Chili, spicy or not spicy
1 pouch of Sweet and Sour Vinegar for Spareribs, sauce alla Chinese Provencial Cuisine

🌏🇵🇭TEMPURA STUFF AND VEGGIES WITH SHRIMP👩🏻🍳iCook
👩🍳Tempura batter is very easy and versatile for dipping and deep-frying fruits, meats, and vegetables. Just like here, using tempura for chicken spam and surimi. Surimi is a solid mass of minced fish. About 900 years ago it was discovered in Japan that minced fish, cooked and jellied with sugar, has a longer shelf life. More info about surimi, the basic substance for seafood imitations is surimi, a protein mass made from fish. This is salted and solidified by heat with the addition of egg white or starch. Anyway, I also cooked vegetables with shrimp. I was complaining all the way while cooking because the vegetables produce liquid but it turned out good.

1 Can Chicken Spam
1 pack of Roasted Seaweeds
4 cakes of Tofu

FOR SHRIMP VEGGIES:
100g Beans Sprout, Togue
1 Sweet Potato, small purple
1/4 head Cabbage
4 cloves Garlic
2tbsps. Soy Sauce
2tbsps. Oyster Sauce
1tbsp. Linseed Oil
🇵🇭HAPUNAN-DINNER-ABENDESSEN WITH MY HOME PREP MEAL
👩🍳The best time for dinner is between 5pm and 7pm. This gives the stomach and intestines enough time to digest the food they eat before the metabolism switches to sleep mode at night. The stress of the day is over, and the work is done. But in our case, if you are working from 11:30 before noontime until 10pm then you travel on the way home we need almost 30 minutes. Arrive at home almost half an hour before 11 pm then I have to cook for dinner. But luckily tonight I was already at around 6 pm so I have enough time to prepare our meal. So for tonight’s meal every Filipino, sinigang with Sea Bream and Shrimps, and fried squid. For dessert, I made a fruit cocktail with sour cream and grapes. Hubby is happy and of course my tummy too. I love the vegetables that it goes with this viand. happy prepping everyone.

a bunch of Spinach
2 pieces of eggplant, small
2 tbsps. Sinigang Seasoning
Salt to taste

👩🍳Spare ribs almost melt on the tongue, it is BBQ flavoured and the beans are from a can. I don’t have time to soak overnight and cook the reason why I opted to use from a can. Combining red kidney beans and white beans. We love it tastes like Cajanus peas or in Tagalog “Kardis”. So this was our dinner while watching an update about politics in the Philippines. Again coming back home after 10 hours of duty from work. Have to cook for dinner. Always fresh and warm meal for us.
800g Spare Ribs, marinated in BBQ marinade I used Mama Sita’s
400g Red Kidney Beans, from can
400g White Beans, from can
A handful chopped Parsley
1 White Onion

🇦🇹DINNER AT MOCHORITSCH GRIFFEN-RAST
👩🍳Mochoritsch – is not a conventional restaurant. It is a family-run inn with a heart, with products from their own fields. It forms a bridge to the south, where you can enjoy the alpine-Adriatic food culture. Coming back home from Tuscany, Italy we dropped by here to have our late lunch and dinner in one. I got my perch fish with potatoes and salad, while hubby had pork fillet with fries and salad too.
My hubby who meatatarian got this pork fillet with fries and salad as side dish. For him meat tastes really good than fish and vegetables. It provides precious protein, and it’s packed with fatty calories, an important consideration when food sources were precarious.
Me the fish, seafoods and vegetables lover. I got perch fish again. eating this fish 5 days in a row.😅 I am a pescatarian, meaning term pescatarian was coined in the early 1990s and is a combination of the Italian word for fish, “Pesce,” and the word “vegetarian.”
