🇦🇹MY BUTTERMILK CHICKEN SANDWICH
when your daughter came back home brought some of her University buddies and so hungry🤤 di in my freezer on what to cook for them. Thanks God I’m a providently person. and …Voila! A very juicy and easy buttermilk chicken sandwich served with oven potato and salad. Coated in buttermilk and seasoned flour with thyme, it produces a juicy and tasty fried chicken thighs fillet with a crispy, crunchy coating. With mayo-garlic-pepper sauce makes it so perfect for this sandwich.

YOU NEED…….
4pieces Chicken Thighs Fillet
250ml ButterMilk
1tbsp Cayennepepper
Salt and Pepper
2 cups of Flour
2tbsps Thyme
some Vegetable Oil for deep frying
Buns
6pieces small Potatoes
Olive Oil
FOR SALAD:
2pieces Romaine Lettuce
1 Apple
1/4 head White Cabbage
1/4head Red cabbage
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
FOR SAUCE: Just mix Mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt and pepper.

👩🍳Since rice is relatively neutral in taste, it is an ideal combination for the spicy spices of Mexican cuisine. Even dishes cooked Poco Picante goes well with simple, cooked rice. To add a little extra pizzazz, white rice is often cooked with a little chili powder. It is advisable to start with a teaspoon of the mild chilli powder per cup of uncooked rice. The quantity and character of the chili powder can then be adjusted to suit your own taste. I added Sambal Oelek instead. This rice is an ideal combination to omelettes, meat-like chicken, Asada, and pork chops. Spanish rice or Mexican rice is richer. Here the rice is cooked in chicken broth with turmeric seasoned salt. What is this all about? Actually this was yesterday’s soup. You know that, Sunday is soup day in my kitchen. Since I made fusilli con polpettine yesterday for my niece and daughter I wasn’t able to upload this recipe. Romanesco taste more intense than cauliflower. Green and healthy, it is very low in calorie and contains a lot of vitamin C, folic acid, provitamins A and niacin. The latter is important for protein and fat metabolism.
