SPRINGTIME NILUTO SA OVEN NA BANAK – BAKED GREY MULLET FISH

👩‍🍳Fish recipes must be freshly prepared and should be on the menu at least once a week. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and vitamins. Today I got fresh Grey Mullet and I decided to bake it in the oven. My hubby loves it when it is grilled. But the weather is not for grilling so better to use my oven. The omega-3 fatty acids in fish offer excellent protection for the heart and blood vessels. And are also great for skin and hair. Served with white rice because we are Filipino.
