It will work absolute flavour miracles for your vegetable dishes!

YOU NEED…….

2kg Beans Sprout

4tbsps Black Bean-Garlic sauce

Olive Oil

Garlic

1 Eggplant

2 Carrot

1 Red Bell Pepper

2 Pak Choi

Soy Sauce

Salt to adjust the taste if needed

🇦🇹RESIPE NG KABUTI AT KARNE NG MANOK/ MUSHROOM & CHICKEN BREAST FILLET

👩‍🍳TAGALOG: Subukang lutuin ang kabuti at karne ng manok yong parte ng dibdib ang aking ginamit. Nang maranasan o matikman kasama ang pinong lasa nito. Narito ang mahusay na resipe na ito. Nilagyan ko ng Almond na gatas kesa gumamit ng mga makrimang pang palasa. At seyempre naihain nang may kanin, dahil tayo ay Pilipino.

👩‍🍳ENGLISH: This mushroom and chicken breast fillet spoils the palate with its delicate taste. Here is this great recipe for you to try. Instead of creamy stuff, I added almond milk. Of course, served with rice.

YOU NEED…….

Olive Oil

300g Chicken Breast Fillet

400g Mushrooms, I used 2 kinds of Mushrooms

Parsley

1 Red Bell Pepper

500ml Vegetable BrothSalt to taste

Scallions

200ml Almond Milk

🇵🇭”BIKO ITIM” TOPPED WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE /BLACK GLUTINOUS RICE

👩‍🍳With this, it reminds me of my late Nanay (mother) who used to cook this during, all saints day, fiesta, Christmases and birthdays and all types of kakanin in the Philippines. That gives the native delicacy an infinite number of enjoyable possibilities. Instead of “Latik” or coconut caramel, I opted for Mozzarella Cheese. Have a try Folks, my first time using black glutinous rice or “itim na malagkit”. I saw this in the Philippines before, just here in Vienna, the Chinese are selling it here.

YOU NEED…….

800g Black Glutinous Rice

Ginger, you can omit it if you don’t like to add

1Liter Coconut Milk

a cup of Brown Sugar or less if you want

250g Mozzarella Cheese

🇪🇺PEPPERS AND SAUSAGES PLUS MY SUPER ORANGE DETOX SMOOTHIE LUNCH AT HOME

👩‍🍳Another creation from my kitchen. I got these Sausages which is good to be added to the vegetables that I have on hand at home. Namely eggplant, zucchini, yellow and green bell peppers, red onion, scallions, tomatoes from our terrace urban garden and parsley. Seasoned with just salt. Turned out good again hubby and we ate it all with my red rice and for hubby as usual his all-time fave white rice.

YOU NEED……

1kg White Sausages out of Chicken (or about 12 pieces)

some Parsley

Olive Oil

1 Reda Onion

5 pieces Cherry Tomato

1 Zucchini

1 Eggplant

Scallions

Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper each one

Salt to taste

👩‍🍳Dogs can they communicate with other dogs? Turns out dogs do have their own language they use to talk to each other! Like us, dogs use their body language and other actions to send signs to fellow dogs to speak. I just observing them while they sit facing each other. Thinking that they having a meeting for a while.😅Sounds weird but it seems to be like that. So I decided to take a video of them.

🇦🇹DINNER AT MOCHORITSCH GRIFFEN-RAST

👩‍🍳Mochoritsch – is not a conventional restaurant. It is a family-run inn with a heart, with products from their own fields. It forms a bridge to the south, where you can enjoy the alpine-Adriatic food culture. Coming back home from Tuscany, Italy we dropped by here to have our late lunch and dinner in one. I got my perch fish with potatoes and salad, while hubby had pork fillet with fries and salad too.

My hubby who meatatarian got this pork fillet with fries and salad as side dish. For him meat tastes really good than fish and vegetables. It provides precious protein, and it’s packed with fatty calories, an important consideration when food sources were precarious.

Me the fish, seafoods and vegetables lover. I got perch fish again. eating this fish 5 days in a row.😅 I am a pescatarian, meaning term pescatarian was coined in the early 1990s and is a combination of the Italian word for fish, “Pesce,” and the word “vegetarian.”

👩‍🍳A super piece of a chicken hotdog with sweet mustard and vegan mayo served with grid fries. A perfect combination for the chicken dog. And juicing with apples, carrot and ginger. Sounds strange, but it’s awesome.

👩‍🍳Use a spoonful or two when cooking protein, vegetables and grains as all-purpose seasoning instead of salty dried spice blends. Or use the whole jar as a recipe starter for 4-8 servings. I added carrot, celery, potato and sweet potato. Before serving add chopped parsley adjust the taste with salt if necessary. Because we are Filipino served with rice, tonight’s dinner is for two.

👩‍🍳Today I conjure up the variety of flavours of Chinese cuisine on your plate: there is a delicious fry made from fresh vegetables with spicy peppers and a wonderfully flavorful one. Black bean, ginger and hoisin sauce, in which you simply poach the egg. The whole thing is served excellently on fluffy-spawned sushi rice Simsalabim-sensational!

YOU NEED…….

150g Sushi Rice

250g Green Beans

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Scallion

1 Peperoni, spicy

3 cloves Garlic

a piece of Ginger

50ml Black Beans Sauce

50ml Hoisin Sauce

2 Eggs

Salt to adjust the taste if needed

🇪🇺CHICKEN HOTDOG a la iCookiTravel-Dolly WITH GRID FRIES AND JUICING

👩‍🍳A recipe for a quick snack is this savory hot dog, very popular with children. Served with grid fries cooked in Saladmaster Core oil Skillet of course without using or adding oil by cooking. And for dipping and at the same time I used it for the sauce also. With my juicing, carrot, apples and ginger. Happy prepping everyone and Guten Appetit.
