
👩🍳Inspired by my daughter. She remembered the one I cooked in 2012 with pork belly. But I don’t have pork belly at home so I cooked it with young corn, pearl onion, and green chilies seasoned with oyster sauce. But if my son is at home I don’t add oyster sauce because he’s allergic to it. It turned out good the fusion of sweet pearl onion and young corn is so good with the squid. It’s a bit spicy as per request by my daughter. She loves it spicy. Maybe you can try and tell me your thoughts about this. Another recipe creation directly from my humble kitchen.
YOU NEED…….
300g Squid, cleaned
some Olive Oil, or any Vegetable Oil
4 cloves Garlic
5 pieces of Chilis not spicy
a handful of Pearl Onion
8 pieces of Young Corn, from Glass
2tbsps. Tomato Paste, alternative fresh tomato
2tbsps. Oyster Sauce
some Chili Flakes, optional
some Salt
