👩‍🍳“KALUNAY or KULITIS” Spleen Amaranth On the nutritional value of indigenous vegetables, the study shows that these contain varying amounts of protein, fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Kalunay is usually used, or cooked as a veggie along with other vegetables in a Philippine Ilokano recipe called “Dinengdeng” where vegetables are mixed together. Fried Fish of your preferences

some Vegetable Oil

A piece of Ginger

Red Onion, I used

Anchovy Sauce for seasoning, alternative Fish sauce, salt, or any according to your preferences
