
👩🏼🍳Soup is a food that is made by combining ingredients, such as meat and vegetables in stock or hot boiling water until the flavor is extracted, forming a broth. Here is another recipe creation directly from my kitchen. With two options one is with tofu and plain shrimp with wide Chinese noodles. Of course, I prefer tofu to shrimp. Served with meat patties and for me mashed potato for hubby fried rice. That makes our sumptuous dinner for two. Happy prepping and Guten Appetit!
YOU NEED…….
RECIPE YIELDS FOR TWO TO FOUR PERSONS:
half a head of Broccoli
Scallions
2 small Carrot
2 cakes of Tofu
350g Tagliatelle
250g Shrimps
Pounded Ginger
some Olive Oil for frying Tofu
2 Liters Water
3tbsps. Mushrooms sauce
2tbsps. Soy Sauce
Drizzle Sesame Seeds Oil
some Salt and Pepper to adjust the taste if needed
