👩🍳Because of curiosity, my first time to try this moringa noodle which I got from Himalayan Shop. Cooked in a soup and topped with sliced ham which I boiled in Orange juice from a Tetra pack. Served with half boiled egg and with vegetables too. Never stop me to experiment with different food fusions. Discovering a lot of new ingredients (for me) from the market, but prepared using flavours inherent to another culture is the considered form of fusion cuisine just like this. FOR BROTH:
100g Chicken Bones
some Water
some Celery Stem only
Bay Leaves
Thumb-size Ginger
1 Onion
