
👩🍳”Sinigang” is a Philippine soup or stew characterized by its sour flavour. My hubby and I, love “SINIGANG” (Sour soup) very much! No doubt if it is meat or fish. Especially in wintertime. I used to cook sinigang 4 times a week. We don’t get enough from it. Sea bream is one of my favourite fish here in Europe.
YOU NEED…….
1 Sea Bream
some Vegetable Oil for frying
som Water for the soup
1 Red Onion
1 Tomato
1 Eggplant, small
3 Green Chilis
a bunch of Romaine Lettuce
2tbsps. Knorr Sinigang Mix sa Sampalok (Tamarind)
FOR FRIED RICE:
Cold cooked rice
some Olive Oil
2 beaten Eggs
3cloves Garlic
1 Leek
Salt to taste
2pieces Vegan Sausages
