🌏PEELED SPLIT YELLOW MUNG BEAN WITH SHRIMPS & TUNA FILLET (MONGGONG DILAW)

👩‍🍳Split mung beans are mung beans that have been stripped of their hull and then cleaned and split. They are small, yellow, and quick to cook like split yellow. Today I cooked it with tuna from a can, shrimps, green chilis and fresh spinach seasoned with mushrooms sauce. A bit soupy but I love it. Hubby as always got it with white rice. Over time it absorbed all the liquid and became thick. I think this is also good for soup. Will try next time like the Indian recipe. I also cook this white squid with green chilis also seasoned with mushroom sauce and a bit of salt. Today, I just had my smoothie with avocado and apple plus my Soya milk without sugar for breakfast. Happy Prepping!
