EGG PASTA NOODLE TOPPED WITH GROUND MEAT UMAMI SAUCE

👩‍🍳The word umami comes from the Japanese and means something like “savoury”, “delicious and spicy”. Umami also includes the taste of meaty. All humans have specialised receptors for this. There is also umami paste. So today this sauce went in my ground meat and topped on egg pasta soup with carrot, broccoli, sunny side egg and scallions.

YOU NEED…….

250g Egg Pasta

2 Eggs

200g Ground Meat

4tbsps. Umami Sauce

1 Carrot

half a head of Broccoli

some Water

4cloves Garlic

some Olive oil

1 Scallion

2tbsps. Soy Sauce

2tbsps. Mushroom Sauce

some salt to adjust the taste if necessary
