
👩🍳We don’t just like to eat a sweet and sour sauce with poultry. Also with spring rolls and baked shrimp and of course fish too. You can make your own sweet and sour sauce just check out my cooking videos. This time I use the one I bought from the store to try but I tell you were not good as that self-made or homemade. Adding Persimmon was a very good idea to try. Again my experiment turns out good and as simple as that. I am so happy with the result but hubby needs Bagoong paste (Anchovy Paste) for more taste. Jesus!
YOU NEED…….
2 pieces Sea Bream, fried
Some Vegetable Oil for frying, I used Olive Oil
1 Onion
Red and Green Bell Peppers
1 Persimmon
1 Stem Celery
2tbsps. Sweet and Sour Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
some Water
1tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Coriander for garnishing, handful
