👩🍳Fish recipes must be freshly prepared and should be on the menu at least once a week. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and vitamins. Today I got fresh Grey Mullet and I decided to bake it in the oven. My hubby loves it when it is grilled. But the weather is not for grilling so better to use my oven. It is springtime now but still, it is cold outside although the sun is present, as you could see I took a walk near my workplace. Eating mullets are not only delicious but also extremely healthy. The omega-3 fatty acids in fish offer excellent protection for the heart and blood vessels. And are also great for skin and hair. Served with white rice because we are Filipino.
