👩🍳A steak is a short-fried or briefly grilled piece of beef fillet. Of course you can also prepare other types of meat such as pork, veal, turkey or deer as a steak – but then it must be clear from the recipe name – the original steak is always from beef. Here pan fried T-Bone-Steak with my cauliflower rice and for hubby white rice with cherry tomatoes-scallions as side dish. It’s springtime in Vienna.
