FRIED SEA BREAM (DORADO) IN SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE WITH PERSIMMON

👩‍🍳We don’t just like to eat a sweet and sour sauce with poultry. Also with spring rolls and baked shrimp and of course fish too. You can make your own sweet and sour sauce just check out my cooking videos. This time I use the one I bought from the store to try but I tell you were not good as that self-made or homemade. Adding Persimmon was a very good idea to try. Again my experiment turns out good and as simple as that. I am so happy with the result but hubby needs Bagoong paste (Anchovy Paste) for more taste. Jesus!

1 Onion

Red and Green Bell Peppers

SPRINGTIME NILUTO SA OVEN NA BANAK – BAKED GREY MULLET FISH

👩‍🍳Fish recipes must be freshly prepared and should be on the menu at least once a week. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and vitamins. Today I got fresh Grey Mullet and I decided to bake it in the oven. My hubby loves it when it is grilled. But the weather is not for grilling so better to use my oven. It is springtime now but still, it is cold outside although the sun is present, as you could see I took a walk near my workplace. Eating mullets are not only delicious but also extremely healthy. The omega-3 fatty acids in fish offer excellent protection for the heart and blood vessels. And are also great for skin and hair. Served with white rice because we are Filipino.

3 pieces Gray Mullet, “Banak” in Tagalog

2 pieces Lemon, for Lemon Juice and sliced Lemon too

2 pieces Chili

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

FOR DIPPING:

You can have “Toyomansi” a Filipino mixture of Soy Sauce and Calamnsi Juice. or Soy Sauce with pepper, chopped onion, scallions and lemon juice. It’s your choice.

🇦🇹LUNCH BREAK AFTER HIKING AT PIZZERIA PALERMO PURKERSDORF👩🏻‍🍳iTravel

👩‍🍳What to eat before mega march? The day before the mega march, it is best to eat carbohydrate-rich food. Carbohydrates provide you with a lot of the energy that you need for hiking. Carbohydrates are stored as glycogen in the muscles and liver, making them light for the body. But in this case we just had light breakfast in the morning and we took more water with us for drinking. To be specific water lemon. Water with lemon juice thats all to drink for in between so with our dogs. We had our lunch at Pizzeria Palermo, downing some carbohydrates then. We don’t feel hungry during hiking water to drink was just enough for us. How about you how do you prepare yourself for hiking? Share us on the comment section below, I would love to hear your tips and advise.

🇦🇹MOTHER’s DAY HIKES WITH MY DOGS 👩🏻‍🍳iTravel

👩‍🍳Having our break from the city, my daughter and I we decided to celebrate Mother’s day by hiking outside Vienna with our dogs. At the nature park Purkersdorf – Sandsteinwienerwald is a part of the Vienna Woods and is located in the municipality of Purkersdorf in Lower Austria. The approximately 77-hectare nature park is freely accessible all year round. Mother’s Day hikes with our four dogs.Just hike and be happy.

My Mother’s Day weekend will be filled with dog family and my daughter with me. A healthy mama am I to my two kids. 😊 Hiking us a must for me at least three times a week or more. For about two hours or three or even more. Good for my age, aside for being a type 2 diabetic. Moms who are wild at heart or don’t want to skip their daily steps may like this gift. With your family think about a picnic along a scenic hiking trail a great way to spend outdoors time with Mom too on Mother’s day. A bit incomplete for me because hubby and my son has to work. But still there is some other time to do this it should not be on Mother’s day.
