🌏LAMB FRIED RICE- SQUID ADOBO SA GATA- CELERY TURMERIC JUICE- DINNER FOR TWO 👩🏻‍🍳iCook 

👩‍🍳 I was inspired by Caribbean lamb fried rice which is so delicious tossed with cold cooked Turkey rice which has a resemblance with Japanese rice. Added carrot, scallions, green peas, garlic and red onion. I will try also the original recipe of the Caribbean one day. Match with my squid adobo sa gata for viand. Dinner for two tonight. Hopefully, you like tonight’s meal prepping simple as that direct from my humble kitchen here in Vienna. Hubby was so happy about this. The following morning we had it for brekky with salted eggs and Banat by Herbal coffee.

YOU NEED…….

FOR AQUID ADOBO SA GATA (SQUID ADOBO IN COCONUT MILK)

half a kilo Squid

250ml Coconut Milk

half head of Red Onion

4 cloves Garlic

a thumb-sized Ginger or more

a cup of String Beans

Chilli of your preference

2tbsps. Soy Sauce

2tbsps. Fish Sauce (Patis)

1tbsp. Vinegar

Salt to adjust the taste

FOR CELERY-TURMERIC JUICE:

3pieces Apples

4pieces Small Carrots

Juice from Half Lemon

Few Sticks Celery

Thumb-sized Ginger

80g Turmeric

FOR LAMB FRIED RICE:

5 cloves Garlic

Half head chopped Red Onion

Half cup small cubes Carrots

100g Thinly sliced Lamb meat

1/4 cup Green Peas

Handful chopped Chive

2 Eggs, beaten

Cold cooked rice

Salt to taste
