🇪🇺My TUNA OMELETTE SERVED WITH PITA BREAD & ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE FOR BREAKFAST

👩‍🍳TUNA almost everyone knows canned tuna. The fish also knows how to convince fresh. There are numerous species of tuna that can be used as food fish. In Austria, the great tuna is primarily used to produce delicious dishes. The outstanding taste of the tuna, which is a little reminiscent of veal, is remarkable. Freshly roasted tuna, which is still pink on the inside, is a real culinary delight. Omelette recipes are especially popular in the morning. The omelette comes from the French, the eggs are whisked, seasoned and cooked in a hot, greased pan. In contrast to the egg dish, where the cracked eggs are torn, the omelette is cooked and served as a whole piece. Omelette recipes can be made with different ingredients like bell pepper, red onion, garlic and tomato. Not to forget my antioxidant smoothie with spinach, banana, strawberry, kiwi and mango makes our breakfast perfect today.

YOU NEED…….

6 Eggs, beaten

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Red Onion, small

1 Tomato, smal

some Olive OIl

Salt to taste

Tuna Chunks from can, drain oil

Chive, chopped

4 cloves Garlic

2 pieces Pita Bread

FOR ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE:

1 Kiwi

3 Strawberries

1/2 cup Mango

1/2 Banana

1/2 a cup of Spinach Leaves or handfull

1/2 a cup of Almond Milk or Water/ Ice cubes
