My family always loves it if I bring them with me anywhere where I decided to try something. But most of the time hubby and I. I don’t want to sound like an epicure, but when it comes to food my love is there at the highest level sometimes I am delighted in fine food. 👩🍳Prepping foodstuff for my daughter’s friends who are giving a helping hand to her because she’s transferring. She requested for Sotanghon vegetarian without any meat or seafood or Mung Bean Thread, Sandwiches and I added Sausages in Puff Pastry, something a little bit salty not sweet. These wok vegetables with sotanghon noodles or mung bean thread are healthy and light. A tasty recipe for a day without meat. Cooked in Saladmaster oil core skillet. Sandwich open rolls are a hit for every celebration or party. With few ingredients and little effort, this recipe is always great.
FOR VEGETARIAN MUNG BEAN THREAD OR SOTANGHON:
I cooked 2kg Mung Bean Tread (Sotanghon)
1kg Light Chinese Noodles
2pieces Red Onion
1 whole head Garlic
500g Snow Peas
2 Bundle Chinese Cabbage
2 Pouch of Vegetable broth
1 cup of Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper to adjust the taste
FOR SAUGES IN PUFF PASTRY:
1 Puff Pastry
8pieces White Sausages, preferably Chicken
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
FOR HOMEMADE SANDWICHES:
1 and half kilogram Brown Bread
4 pieces French Bread or Baguette, I mixed it 2 Baguette and 2 French Bread
👩🍳Another creation direct from my kitchen. there is this broccoli in the refrigerator which I bought from the farmers market two days ago. And I got a lot of cherry tomatoes from our Terrace urban garden. So I decided to cook something with spaghetti for the kids adding this stuff plus the taste of shrimps makes the whole thing a perfect combination. My daughter added on top some grated mozzarella cheese before serving. That was late Sunday lunch at home. Have a try guys and let me know your thoughts.

Grated Cheese, I added Mozzarella Cheese but you can add any cheese of your preferences.
👩🍳Today is my hubby’s birthday. This was the celebration in Manila, the Philippines at District 8. The Bar-Restaurant is run by Vice Ganda, Daniel Padilla and James Yap at San Juan. At the same bonding with my High School BFF with their family. Meeting them after almost 37 years. Was really fun and hubby was also happy that night. Nothing can compare to the happiness of seeing people who were once were a part of your high school days.
👩🍳I love vegetables, I grew up with vegetables.😅 Now I live in Europe, I cook this at least twice a week. And today another version of “LASWA” by this time with smoked mackerel. Also with squash, string beans, eggplant, jute leaves, red onion, tomato, chilli and seasoned with anchovy sauce or in Tagalog bagoong. Fried tofu as well. The soup was heavenly good. I love it.
