Puff Spinach and Salmon in teriyaki saice with string beans & garlic spinach

👩‍🍳Today salmon is one of the most valued edible fish and it is impossible to imagine many kitchens without it. Whether raw, cooked, baked or grilled, the salmon can be used in a variety of ways. This time I cooked it with Japanese Teriyaki sauce with string beans and garlic spinach. Of course, served with white rice dinner for two. We ate a lot of pasta and fish these past few days. Thinking about what to cook for the next week. Maybe I will be switching to vegan, what do you think?

YOU NEED…….

2 pieces Salmon

400g Spinach, I used frozen one

a bunch of String Beans (Sitaw)

1 pouch Japanese Teriyaki Sauce

some Butter

4 cloves Garlic

Salt to taste

FOR PUFF SPINACH:

Rest of Spinach from Garlic Spinach

1 Egg

1 Sheet Puff pastry

250g Cottage Cheese with Herbs

Salt to taste
