It has a lot of healthy omega-3 fatty acids, making it one of the healthiest types of fish. The quickest and easiest way to process canned tuna is of course because it is already ready to eat and thus forms the basis for numerous quick pasta sauces or salads. Here sauteed Tuna with zucchini and fried rice for our lunch.
400g Tuna Chunks from can
4 pieces Zucchini about almost 400g
1 whole head Garlic
some Olive Oil
1 Red Onion
2 pieces Tomato
some Salt to taste
FOR FRIED RICE; just cold cooked Red Basmati Rice, Garlic, beaten Egg and some vegetable oil of course salt to taste.
