Kalunay or Kulitis (Spleen Amaranth), I got it for free and from that harvest 2 times cooking
250g Mung Beans or Monggo, boiled
200g Pork Belly
1 Eggplant
Garlic
Red Onion
1 inch Ginger
1tsp. Turmeric Powder
2tbsps. Shrimps Paste
Chili or Chili Flakes
some Water to cook
some Salt to adjust the taste

500g Beef Bones
1 bunch of Chinese Cabage
2 Carrots
1 whole head Broccoli
200g Rice Noodles
1 Red Inon
2 inch Ginger
1 Cinnamon Stick
some Parsley Stem
some Coriander or Wansoy
1 Pouch of Vietnamese Spice Paste for Pho Noodle Soup, spicy
some Water to cook
Chili Sauce
