👩🍳Cinque Terre the five picturesque villages on the Ligurian Riviera. Eating out in Cinque Terre. Italy is known worldwide for its cuisine, especially pizza. In addition to pizza, there are also many other delicacies based on vegetables, with seafood and pasta! Italy still has strong regional traditions, both in terms of language and cuisine. This is the only place where you can taste the Ligurian dishes in their original way! The secret of the special taste of the local cuisine is the spicy sauces, the basis of which are the plants growing in the Cinque Terre such as basil and olive trees, from which the famous olive oil comes.

👩🍳In ancient times, Cinque Terre is home to five fishing villages in the middle of one of the most dramatic and beautiful coastal landscapes of the Italian Riviera. Five cities – Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Monterosso and Vernazza – make up the Cinque Terre, which is known not only for its wonderful views but also for its good food.

👩🍳Perch is great to eat. Fish tastes good and it’s healthy. Experts say, eating seafood more than twice a week, for most people, can be healthful. “For most individuals, it’s fine to eat fish every day,” Perch is a common name for fish of the genus Perca, freshwater gamefish belonging to the family Percidae. Because many of these fish live in cold waters, the meat has a high-fat content and is rich in fatty acids—healthy polyunsaturated fats. But, they’re low in saturated fat and high in protein. These fish are also good sources of vitamin D, selenium, phosphorus, iron, and iodine.

👩🍳A super piece of a chicken hotdog with sweet mustard and vegan mayo served with grid fries. A perfect combination for the chicken dog. And juicing with apples, carrot and ginger. Sounds strange, but it’s awesome.
👩🍳Use a spoonful or two when cooking protein, vegetables and grains as all-purpose seasoning instead of salty dried spice blends. Or use the whole jar as a recipe starter for 4-8 servings. I added carrot, celery, potato and sweet potato. Before serving add chopped parsley adjust the taste with salt if necessary. Because we are Filipino served with rice, tonight’s dinner is for two.
