👩🍳Another creation from my kitchen. I got these Sausages which is good to be added to the vegetables that I have on hand at home. Namely eggplant, zucchini, yellow and green bell peppers, red onion, scallions, tomatoes from our terrace urban garden and parsley. Seasoned with just salt. Turned out good again hubby and we ate it all with my red rice and for hubby as usual his all-time fave white rice.
YOU NEED……
1kg White Sausages out of Chicken (or about 12 pieces)
some Parsley
Olive Oil
1 Reda Onion
5 pieces Cherry Tomato
1 Zucchini
1 Eggplant
Scallions
Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper each one
Salt to taste
