👩🍳I remember those times when I was a little girl in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. My late nanay (mother) used to buy it from any “carinderia” near our house. My cousin Ching2 and I love to finish them all with dunking sauce composed of vinegar, chopped garlic and a little bit of powdered pepper. hmmm…….we love it! a handful Beans Sprout
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Cornstarch
1/3 cup Mama Sita’s Palabok Shrimp Gravy Mix
