🇵🇭SALMON BELLY COOKED A LA SPANISH SARDINES

👩‍🍳Fresh salmon is always delicious! Here I cooke3d salmon belly a la Spanish sardines and mung bean or mongo with string beans or sitaw in Tagalog and sponge gourd. Salmon is one of the fattiest fish, but it contains a large number of omega-3 fatty acids. These are not produced by the body itself and are, therefore “essential”. HAPPY PREPPING and GUTEN APPETIT!

YOU NEED…….

For 1 kg Salmon Belly

half a Liter Olive Oil or more

1 cup Pickled small CucumberPepper Corns

2 Carrots, small

Chili, I used my homemade pickled Chilis from my Terrcae Uraban Garden

2tbsps Vinegar

some Bay Leaves

some Salt to adjust the taste

FOR MUNG BEAN SOUP (Mongo Soup)

a cup of boiled Mongo

a bunch of String Bean

1pc. Sponge Gourd

Anchovy Sauce to taste

some Olive Oil

1 Red Onion

4cloves Garlic

a cup of Salmon Belly Flakes
