👩🍳Today salmon is one of the most valued edible fish and it is impossible to imagine many kitchens without it. Whether raw, cooked, baked or grilled, the salmon can be used in a variety of ways. Today I cooked this Salmon head in Coconut milk with Bok Choi and eggplant and a bit spicy of course. Served with basmati rice.

1 bunch of Bok Choi or Pechay
1 Red Chili, spicy
a thumb-sized ginger
some Coriander
Scallions
1 Eggplant
400ml Coconut Milk
some Salt
1 Red Onion
