🌏TERIYAKI-PORK FILLET WITH COLORFUL SESAME-VEGETABLE AND RICE

👩‍🍳Teriyaki sauce makes the pork medallions in this recipe particularly tender and juicy. They are braised in a pot with carrots and yellow peppers and refined with white sesame seeds. Did you know that there is a lot of calcium in the small grains? It tastes twice as good! Happy Prepping and Guten Appetit!

YOU NEED…….

200g Sushi rice

300g Pork Fillet

50ml Teriyaki Sauce

1 Yellow Bell Pepper

1 Carrot

2 Scallions

a thumb-sized Ginger

1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, roasted

25ml Rice Vinegar

some Sugar

Salt to adjust the taste if needed

some Olive Oil
