🇵🇪PERUVIAN STYLE FISH FILLET SERVED WITH TURMERIC RICE AND SALAD

👩‍🍳Peruvian cuisine is gaining more and more fans worldwide! This is due, among other things, to its enormous versatility, to which the different climatic zones and the fish-rich Humboldt Current contribute. It’s only logical that tender hake ends up on our plates today. There is also a colorful variety of vegetables made from corn, paprika, sweet potatoes, cucumber with fragrant coriander and a sour-tart grapefruit dressing. Wow!

YOU NEED…….

1 Corn Cob

1 Sweet potato

1 Red Onion

10g Coriander

1 Grapefruit

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 small Cucumber

3pieces Fish Fillet of your Preference

some Cumin powder and Salt to taste

1tbsp Sugar

Olive Oil
