🇨🇳TOMATO-EGG-UDON SOUP WITH CHICKEN BREAST

👩‍🍳Tomato soup with noodles sounds pretty familiar at first. However, we have once again been inspired by China’s diverse cuisine and that is why today’s creation impresses with decorative egg threads, leeks, ginger and nutty sesame oil. There is also a fried chicken breast fillet, tastefully refined with sesame seeds and a touch of soy sauce. That’s something, isn’t it? Cheers to the culinary variety!

YOU NEED…….

YIELDS FOR TWO PERSONS

300g Udon-Noodle

1 stem Leek

1 clove Garlic

a piece of Ginger

4 Tomatoes

1 Chicken Breast

10g Chicken Broth Powder

50ml Soy Sauce

2 Eggs

some Roasted Sesame Seeds Oil

1tbsp Sesame Seeds

Salt to taste

1tbsp Sugar

1tbsp Olive Oil

1tbsp Vinegar
